Day 28: Frankie's Daddy is tired
Frankie's daddy is very tired. (read beer) So this is just a quick update before I snooze again. Frankie's air is 3 liters at 32% and he is taking it very well. He feeds are at 9cc an hour. We came in this afternoon, Alex earlier than me, for a quick visit before we went to Jack Attacks Family dinner for her 21st birthday at the 1904 Beer House at River City Casino. We came back around 10, I took a nap and I am sure Alex did stuff while I was asleep. What that was, I couldn't tell you. We are going in earlier tomorrow to have photographs taken. To let you know about medicaid, here is how it went down. I called early this morning. The woman said they couldn't take a payment in person and that even if they could, the office may be in Jefferson City but the bank was in Kansas City. She spoke to he bosses and told me to send the payment via snail mail and include a letter asking to start coverage on October 17. That as long as they received the payment within a reasonable amount of time, that it wouldn't be a problem to back date it. So I sent them a check for $174 even though I don't need the first month at that rate. But they needed a check at that rate to start service. They will send me a refund for $103. Whatever. Still cheap as all get up. Tomorrow will be better and more entertaining.
